Entrepreneurship is an activity that is increasingly prevalent and growing in human life today. Even in its current implementation, it does not look at type or age. No exception from someone who has been equipped with analytical skills and critical thinking, such as students, has the potential to develop a business today.  

In this case, the student association incorporated in HIMA Automotive FT UNY in collaboration with the Department of Automotive Engineering Education FT UNY held an entrepreneurship seminar with the theme "Entrepreneurial Innovation and Technology" on Sunday, October 01, 2023 in Theater 1 FT UNY. 

 This activity was attended by Mr. I Wayan Adiyasa M.Eng, as the supervisor of HIMA Automotive FT UNY and students from the Automotive Engineering Education study program FT UNY as participants. Then present as a guest speaker Mr. Drs. Kir Haryana as a lecturer in Automotive Engineering Education FT UNY. 

 The interactive and fun atmosphere in the delivery of this material made the participants enthusiastic to ask questions. Mr. Kir conveyed that tips for becoming an entrepreneur such as creativity, innovation, budget management and expanding relationships are the keys to building a business. 

 According to him, the concept of strategy towards entrepreneurship starts from the managerial spirit of core businessmen, then creativity and innovation will arise which will produce products and services by starting to run existing businesses, building new businesses, establishing partners and franchises. 

 With the current technological developments, of course, students have the potential to develop a business that can increase the value of a product or service. The growth mindset is the main capital and basic foundation for the younger generation such as students. So it should be instilled from the beginning and sharpened which can later be implemented, one of which is entrepreneurship
